How does heat affect your birds and your hunting?

In your experience how does high temperatures affect the birds in your area? Also how does it affect your hunting strategy?

I'm not sure it has a lot of affect on the birds, but if it gets too hot, I find my intensity and will-power to stay out there after them comes into play.  If it gets too cold, I can bundle up,...but there is no way to escape the heat and, unfortunately, the bugs that generally come with it.

I've noticed in my Kansas hunting that about mid-May on to end of May as it becomes hotter you will usually only see birds in fields in the mornings while it's cool then they move back into the trees and shade. If you do see them in fields they are usually on the field edges feeding in the shade of trees.

itend to notice that the birds gobble a little less on the real hot days cold brisk mornings seem to be a little better not always but usually

It makes the birds easier to find, though they are less likely to gobble on into the day. (The heat speeds them up causing hormone levels to fall faster.) As for me, heat is about the only thing that lessens my enthusiasm.
