This is my last donation call for the year--going to my local chapter, the Niagara County Gobblers.  I actually just came back from the annual banquet where the call sold and did well for the chapter.  It is Walnut with double inlays over Red Maple.  This was the 1st time I did double gobblers on the roost and I was pleased with how they turned out.  I decided to keep te other side quiet with a wing feather.  This call turned out with classic yelps, young and old hens and plenty of rasp.

Breathtaking as usual Scott!
Did you ever find any use for that chestnut I sent you?

culpeper

Thanks everyone for the comments.
Mike, hang in there, I sent you a pm to explain
Barry, I have it, most was the wrong grain and not thick enough, but I believe I can make us of one chunk, it just hasn't come up in the call making rotation to use lately.  It's safe on my wood stash!  Thank you again for thinking of me and for sending.  My plans are to make another call for your chapter next season so remind me well in advance.
