Mouth call question.

Does anyone know if there is a callmaker who makes a double frame call with the small(youth size) frames? I have one from Primos but I don't think they make it anymore.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks.

the only one i know of is primos with the sonic dome but i think it was just a small size
