Texas rios

Would like to plan a trip to Texas and have no idea where to go. Would rather hunt on private land but do not want it to be a guided hunt. Could and would anyone put me in the right direction. Would like a three day hunt and lodging. Thanks for any info.

Think I may be able  to help you. Check out stormranchhunting.com and see what you think. I hunt a ranch near by and know these guys run a good ranch. They also have plenty of birds.  They also have pretty nice accommodations. Also, their pricing is very fair. Hope that helps.  Season is only 33 days away and have been hearing them gobble for over two weeks. Good luck.
