What are these types of stickers called?

I've been trying to find a place to have some stickers made. I've searched everywhere for what they call "die cut" stickers, but I'm not getting the results I'm wanting. I'm wanting my stickers to be like these.

The ones that are on the white paper and you put the white paper on the window then peel it off and only the design stays. Maybe they're not called die cut and I'm searching in the wrong direction but I thought some of you guys may know what type of sticker this is. I know its vinyl, but but I can't figure out what they are called so I can search for someone to make mine... Thanks for the help.

I did a google search for custom die cut vinyl decals and found a bunch of places that can make them.  Try that and see if it helps

I've tried a couple places I found on google but they didn't turn out how I wanted. Thanks again for everyone's help!
