Anybody ever made an on-line purchase from Sportsmens Direct in Michigan ?

I want to order a hard to find item, but I get a little antsy when I don't see security logos and such......

I would see if they have a phone number so you can call them up front.

I made an order from a company a few years back.  I got shafted and never received my order, so I made a post, stating facts, not being inflamatory on the internet.  They emailed me threatening to sue me for everything I had and everything my kids would ever have.  That didn't sit very well with me, so I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general's office of their state.  Both said THAT seller (not the one you are asking about) had a history of complaints.  I ended up contacting the guy back and told him I had contacted these 2 agencies.  He never bothered to respond.   ::)
Lights Out custom calls - what they're dying to hear!

The address seems legit. Its maybe 45 minutes e of my house. When I click on the map however it shows the location as a boat top place. Probably a middle man business.Maybe you could let us know what the hard to find item is and we can direct you someplace else. Not saying it isn't a legit business but based on Wendells experience i would be careful.

The item in question is a spanish cedar/purpleheart Cost style box call made by Doug Reynolds at Woodsong Game Calls. They're shown in the new Mid-west catalog but they're not in stock, and the one offered by these guys is half price of Mid-west. I can't find a direct contact to Woodsong....
