Best Dang Recipe Ever

Tonight's supper is Catdaddy's Backstrap's. I gotta tell you this is my favorite deer meat recipe ever. If you ain't tried you you don't know what your missing.I would post pictures but I don't want to be responsible for frying your keyboard with too much drool.

OK! This thing just went in the oven. I'll let ya's know how mine turns out.

I made it yesterday and will be eating leftovers tonight.Great thing about it is you can use chop,straps,steaks.or whatever .Just be sure to put the meat on the bottom where the coke can caramelize it  I always throw in a bunch of mushrooms too. YUMMY !
