The "fastest man with a gun who ever lived" died yesterday at the age of 70, after an apparent heart attack. For those of us who've enjoyed seeing him over the years, it was very sad news.

Doris and I have watched him make some amazing shots.

He'll be missed.

I could not agree more on both counts. He also had a great sense of humor and seemed to genuinely enjoy being with his wife so much of the time. They were together when he had the heart attack.

Thanks,
Clark

That is sad news..Bob has been on the shooting shows forever. He was a master at fast draw and could literally shoot the the nuts off a gnat. He was a great entertainer and his love of his wife was evident. That guy could shoot a pistol.. WOW

He will be missed.. :cross2:
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

He was and will always be a legend.  He was lightning quick with a pistol.

RIP Bob.

Sad to hear.  He could do incredible things with a gun.  He sure came across as a classy, fun loving guy too.
Love to hunt the King of Spring!
