For the same money, maybe a bit more, you can pick up a Shur Shot stock from Remington directly.  Those stocks look like they drop way to much and you will definetly need a cheek riser if you ever intend to run optics or open sights.

Speedfeed 4......thats all you need Will.

Do they make one for a 20 Ricky?

I have the shurshot now for my 1187 20 and I like the way it holds but it is a little heavy and bulky

They might not but I know a guy who modified one for a 12 and it's not that much size difference in those recievers. That's what I'm doing for my 20

They absolutely do carry them.  You have to call Remington Customer Service and ASK for them.  They are $68.00 plus shipping.  I cannot see how they could make a gun any heavier than the factory stock, wood, synthetic knoxx-type or otherwise too.  There is no rhyme or reason why you should have to go through all the hassle of modifying a 12 gauge model to fit your 20 when they sell them right from Remington direct.  I took the Knoxx NRS off of my 870 youth gun I built this spring and put on a Shur Shot and it drastically lightened her up!

I've got that same style Choate on my Mossberg 935.  I shoot a Fastfire II on a Marlin 336 mount (pretty low obviously) and I don't have to have anything to raise the comb....works perfect.  I love that stock on a turkey gun.

I just got this in the mail today for the new 870 project I am doing.  It is an ATI adjustable stock (no recoil reducing) for the Remington 7600 rifle.  The 7600 rifle and the 870 20 ga have the same receiver size so it fits very good and seemless.  All I am going to have to do is dremel out a little extra on the inside of the mounting piece and it should fit like a glove.

I got mine here, but it looks like they are out of stock:

Here are a few on Ebay:

This is what I was wanting to hear. I have a FF3 that is on a 336 mount on my 870 so it should work perfectly.

Thanks for all the other responses as well
