Looked at the turkey version and for the price I'd go with a stoeger just didn't suit me

My dad has the turkey model of the excell and he really likes it. It worked well too,dropped a turkey dead in his track and 35 yards. Good gun for the price.

i have one and have yet to find anything wrong with it.
paid less than 300 for a all round working gun that I wouldn't have to baby or worry @ scrtching etc-- Have killed dove -turkey - squirell -crows etc...

handled one in wal mart one time,loved the light weight and feel of it,still wished I had bought when I had the chance

Brother has one. Great gun. Lightweight and patterns well. Just wish it were drilled and tapped.
