call conditioning

I have a pure death pinacle from supreme turkey calls and it has a crystal surface.  How do I condition it?

on my crystal I start with a sanding stone going in one direction, finish with sandpaper same direction and in the field just keep it clean with a scotch brite pad

I picked up these 2 tips on here last year and they are the best I have for crystal pot calls.

(1) Use small squares of medium grit drywall sanding screen
(2) As previously stated, sand only in 1 direction, not back and forth.
