make like you are "Shhh" ing someone lightly while you motor boat with your lips.  Dont go crazy with it.  You have to finesse this to produce a purr.  Keep working on in and eventually you will go "Duh" that was easy. Practice a bit without the call until you get a light shhh sound with your lips motorboating.
