I'm looking for a shell for the .655 JH out of a SuperNova. I shot the Hevi 13 #6's and only got 162 in 10" @ 40 yards.  Any suggestions?

Get a different choke with a constriction around .665 or .670. Your present choke is too tight.

What is a .655 choke good for then?

Well as you have found out first hand obviously not a turkey choke in a Super Nova. Try a Indian Creek .665 or a Pure Gold .670 and you will see a huge difference in your patterns. I prefer the the Pure Gold.  Too tight of a constriction can blow your patterns all to hell.

Good Luck

The .655 Jellyhead throws great Hevi #7 patterns out of my Nova and does pretty well with lead #6 shot.  Pictures of both patterns are in the patterns forum but the hevi #7 will put 270-290 in a 10" circle at 40 yards.

Just found your post...Hevi-13 3.5-2.25-7 (lot #300325)      298 hits in a 10" circle

I'm going to give them a try!

I have the plain ole Nova with a Kick's .655 and I am thinking that this is what is happening to me. Too tight constriction. I'm finding the waddings on the ground about 10 to 15 feet in front of me after I shoot and the patterns are SPARSE at 25 yards. I talked to the guys at Kicks today and they suggested trying Winchester Extended Range or Winchester High Velocity. Now I just have to find somewhere that carries either of them.
