MN turkey reg changes

Just throwin it out there, MN changed their turkey hunting regs for 2012! Theyve broken down the whole turkey range into 12 zones, and will only run lottery for the first 1/2(time periods A-D) of the season! Theyve clustered all the permits from the respective zones and added them up, not sure what i feel bout this as i hunt a zone that doesnt receive alot of applications and usually get drawn! Now im up against the other hunters who applied for the zones north of me that usually only get drawn every 3rd year, as my zone was bundled up with those harder hunted zones! The permits for the second half of the season will be first come first served, and will go on sale mid march! The archery only turkey tag seems to be valid for the whole second half of the season, which is almost worth tryin with all the time they are giving bowhunters to hunt! Just a little ranting boys
