How many of you folks on here have written a book?

I just finished my first one (shocking as this sounds, it focuses on my turkey hunting exploits and adventures!  ;D  ), so I'm asking for advice on how to go about self-publishing my work. While I've always written a lot, I'm a complete rookie to this publishing world. Couple that ignorance with my minimal competency skills on the computer, and I can assure you that any help would be beneficial and vastly appreciated!

THANKS!!

I can't help with the publishing thing but I want to be first in line for a book.

Doc be sure to keep us updated on this book as those of us that have been fortunate enough to kill a bird with you will all want a copy.

Count me in, as well, Doc. That book would be on my must have list..Autographed, of course.   Mike
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Look for a print on demand self publishing service or even an electronic e book. You don;t want 1000s of books sitting around your house.

Good luck!
