Do you think that is the first one Sarge has cleaned!!!! Everyone has their own ways. I leave the skin attached to the hind feet so i can hang them over a cut off branch, and use both hands. At home a couple of nails or hooks in a board, or hooks works better. Keeps the legs apart. In the woods I have had buzzards try to get the leftovers before I finish cleaning.
