Different Feeling in the Woods
September 03, 2024, 05:29:32 AM
I went for a paddle to scout my beaver dam for duck season. Never in my 58 years have I seen multiple foxes out and about during the daylight hours, I have now. Coyotes howling at 1000 in the morning and deer just walking around. In approximately 8 miles of paddling I saw 3 foxes and 12 deer. I understand that they can be more concentrated, but it was weird feeling. Just wondering what has changed. Z

It wasn't hunting season and they knew it.
