I was asked to share this information.

You may have to make your pics smaller. Here is how you would post.

Hit Additional options just under the box your are typing in just under it on left side.  Then hit attach and it will let you select pictures from your computer or phone, If you want more than one picture push "More attachments" and you will be able to add from your computer the same as you did the first time. You are allowed up to 4 pictures.

I had another set of images to show you how to resize but I no longer have them, I would suggest going to youtube and check how to resize an image in your Windows system, there are several very helpful videos.

Another way to share them is to use a hosting sight like https://www.flickr.com or https://imgur.com/ This is how you would do it from flickr

Go to the page you have uploaded the photo to, you will see a small curved arrow in the bottom right hand corner as shown, click on it and select the size you want AND BE SURE TO CHOOSE BBCODE

Come back here, paste the code in and then you can post the picture. If you want to post more than one picture then just get the other codes and post them next to or under the other code but if you post next to be sure to add a space between them or the codes will mess one another up and won't work, this is why I almost always go under.

I think that will do it, it is 3:30 in the morning so hopefully I did not miss anything.

I gave up trying to post pictures on this site. So very easy on nywoodsandwaters as well as njwoodsandwaters and Facebook as well.
   And,I love to post pictures!!!
I would probably  be posting a whole hell of alot more on this site if the process of posting pictures was much easier.

Appreciate the info, gave up a few years ago myself

I don't have much time for Flickr. So much easier with Imgur...upload, select your pic then choose "BBCode (message boards & forums)" and click the size "Large Thumbnail" then select Copy. Past into your message.

They are pretty much the same process, I have both. I like that Flickr gives you more size options but not the letters that show up after the picture.

I gave up on pictures awhile back on this site as well- gotta be something easier- I'd love to share some but not very patient with tech stuff - enjoy seeing the ones who do have it figured out! Good hunting!

I'm another who gave up posting pictures here.
The example you gave, the picture doesn't fit on my screen, so I need to
slide it and the text side to side to see it.
There must be a better way.

I thought I had made them small enough to fit on the average screen, I guess not, here it is again but smaller.

This is the hardest site for me to post pictures.  Been trying for two days to get two to post.  Use the methods mentioned, have reduced them to 20% of their original size and still no luck.  I do have multiple pictures posted on this site.  Will keep trying just out of stubbornness.  LOL
