How do you guys hold your blanks to drill ? Having trouble getting a straight hole. Thanks

gergg

Do you have a lathe? If so, there are different chucks designed to hold blanks securely. Whatever you use, go slow with proper bits, or it will be more difficult to get things straight and consistent.

Speed also increases heat, you want to keep the blanks as cool as possible.
