Hey guys, my grandpa killed a hammer bird the last day of VA season and he called me up and asked me if I could find somebody on the "turkey hunting thing"( as he likes to say) on the computer to do a spur necklace for him. Now I sorta know what he wants, but if you Could do it for him, that would be nice. Now if you can, shoot me a PM and i'll give you his phone number so you can speak to him. Thanks.

I made these out of stuff I picked up at the local hobby shop. I guarantee it will mean more to him if you make it for him.

Yes Sir, you got that right.  And then one day it will return to you and it will be even more special to you.  I'm sure if you decide to do it yourself there are people on here who could help you do it from begining to end.
If I'm not back in five minutes, wait longer!

I like the Turquouise worked in, but I can't find squat to work with in Des Moines for making a necklace. I agree on doing it yourself. I started a necklace, after I finished my hat band, but hate the materials I used, so back to the drawing board.

Do you have a local hobby lobby or bead store? If not, I am sure you can order whatever you need over the internet

Lots of guys here can do it for sure, but like was suggested it would mean so much more to you and him if you did it yourself. It will be worth the time to find suitable materials. The good thing about most of these projects is if you don't like the finished product you can start over. Good luck.

Great necklaces redarrow!!!
