Got to meet Old Timer today, picked up some Turkey & Turkey Hunting Magazines from him and a few other. It was nice to put a face and voice to the screen name.
I was supposed to get the magazines from him at the Northeast Call Makers Summit last August but we all know how that went with Covid and The Great Contaminator Andrew Cuomo who sits in the governors thrown, I mean seat.
It was nice to talk about turkey hunting and share our faith in God, even though I am not the greatest Christian right now. I enjoyed looking at pictures of his turkey and the spurs and beards.
I am looking forward to reading the magazines, I really do miss that old rag. By the way the Spring 2021 issue is on sale now.
