Anyone use brookside precut pots???

I am in the process of putting together 2 of their double siders...

If they sound good I wanna put together more...

And was curious about the traditional pots...

Do they have a pedistal?   Or how do you make one???

Right now I'm happy with doubles...we'll see how they sound in a couple days...

Did a little sanding to make them "mine" not cookie cutters...

Hopefully they sound good!   Will get me by a while till I get a place to setup a shop...

Emailed them and had a pretty quick response which is very nice to see...

If anyone else was wondering...the single pots come with a built in pedistal...now...where the sound board falls and how they sound is unknown...

If my double sided pots sound like turkey I will be completely thrilled...I got 2 pretty nice pieces of wood..literally could have applied finish and been done with them..they really didn't need sanded...I mean..they did but not to remove blemishes etc...

Will post pics when I'm done...

I also am doing a bunch of their strikers...and having a hard time figuring out why I'd ever pay for high end strikers unless it's wood they don't carry...

Cocobolo was fun..I had NO idea what it'd look like...and when I got it it was just kinda orange...started sanding and it still remained a mystery.....hit it with oil and I about fell over....stunning piece of wood.  I can't wait to see how it finishes...
