I know that dymondwood is nearly extinct. I'm wondering what you guys have found to be a good replacement.?

May not be a replacement, but it runs well on all surfaces, and especially on copper and aluminum, and its cheap.  5/16 acrylic.  I've been playing it alot this year, and was my 2nd of choice while hunting this year.  Killed a nice tom using it on aluminum.

I heard that they were going to build the plant back up and that they should have some by the end of summer. Lets hope.

Thats awefully fast!  From what I read online, it was going to take 2 1/2 years just to do the survey.  As much as I would like to see it happen, I don't think it will happen.  The pics of the plant I saw online showed the plant burned to the ground.
