Not only did you snag a Turpin, that happens to be a VERY nice example of a Turpin box. Most that I've seen aren't that nice looking. Congratulations Bill!

Pure albinos do happen. Most are a domestic/wild hybrid. I shot one last year. He came in gobbling behind 3 hens, spitten and drummin. I never saw a bird like that before. The biologist was really excited. He took a ride in my truck, the turkey, not the biologist, lol.  Z

In the end, what did the bioilogist said? Did he gave you a feedback on wheter it was a domestic escaped or a true wild white?

Every now and then something comes up and makes you think. This call I bought a few weeks back is one of those deals that you wonder if it's real or not. Well after thinking it over I bought this box for an incredible price wondering if it was an authentic Tom Turpin hen box. After receiving it I was pretty sure but sent it to Steve Turpin to verify it which he did and I'm over the top ecstatic about it. Now and then a great opportunity comes up on eBay but doesn't usually happen for me. This time I won the lottery.

WELL, WELL, WELL. I was told that someone from PA had called and asked about the box and that I beat that person out by 10 seconds. I was never told who that person was. I hemmed and hawed over this call for a few minutes before I decided I needed to take a chance on it. Best chance I ever took and well worth it. Sorry Don but I will give it a very good home.

Mike Yingling one here makes a waterproof.  I have one and it is indeed waterproof.  It actually runs better wet to my ear.

Which call of Mike's is waterproof? Thank You!

I don't recall the name.  I bought it a while ago. It is listed as an all weather call. He is on here and makes a nice call with lots of sweet talk in it.
