Title: Tapping for Mobil choke
Post by: ChesterCopperpot on August 06, 2020, 07:16:41 PM
Was wanting to shorten a barrel and contacted Sumtoy but unfortunately they can't tap for Beretta/Benelli Mobil chokes. Does anyone know another company/gunsmith who can tap for the Mobil threads?

You might contact Rob Roberts.
I would think Briley could as well.

Agreed, Rob Roberts does all of Benelli's custom work. They can help you. Good luck....

It's my understanding that the Mobil thread pattern is unavailable altogether due to a patent issue.
