Title: To those that make corian strikers
Post by: dreis3 on May 17, 2011, 11:35:34 PM
I made my first corian striker the other day. It looks really nice (I'll post a pic tomorrow) but it has very little "grab" to it, I mean that tip is very slick. Does anyone have suggestions about how to handle that?

Thank You,
-Derick

The best thing you could do it to rough it up with some course sandpaper. Try 120 to 150 and see how it works.
Good luck

corian makes the best striker i have ever used but not all solid surface counter top is the same  i have some i think is wilsonart  and it is slicker and does not bite the surface like corian
