I am toying with setup my old 12 gauge Baikal O/U for a turkey gun next year. My question is does TSS usually pattern better from tight chokes or more open chokes? This gun uses tru chokes and I see Carlson lists 5 different chokes for it.
Your factory full will likely give a good hunting pattern.
It has alot to do with the load. I know the nitro lean towards a little more open. The Apex runs about what the long beards like. The federal will want to choke smaller.
Most of them guns take standard tru choke threads.
