I posted this in the push pin section but this forum gets way more traffic so here goes.....I am needing a few (one would be great) of the coil springs like the one in the picture. They are used in the H.S. Strut, Mallardtone, and I'm sure many others. And, I'd also like to find the black plastic fixtures that screw to the call and let it snap to the shotgun barrel? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks in advance
Have you tried a hardware store?....
Check with Brookside Game Calls on the internet .. they will probably have them.
Hardware store
Have you contacted H.S. Strut? They may either have the spring or tell you where to find said spring.
yes I have NCL. they told me with all these restrictions they were having trouble getting parts and would be 2-3 months before they could help me.
Spitten and drummen / GobbleNut. nothing in the hardware stores around here...
Greg Massey. I did talk with Joe at Brookside and he don't actually sell those certain parts but I did buy a call from him. He's one of the nicest people I've dealt with in a long time and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
in the mean time....I'm still looking.

ditto on the barrel clip part
Tractor supply they have push and pull springs if you can't find it there google McMaster Carr they have a online catalog if they don't have what you want its not made.
Our hardwear store has a nice selection of springs. If you can send me the width and length I'd take a look for you.
thanks for offering to help SinGin. inside dia. needs to be 1/4" and on the length 1" to 1 1/8" will do.
Harbour Freight sells a box full of assorted springs. Pretty cheap. Might find just the right one and have plenty left over to do whatever.
a BIG thanks to SinGin for his generosity (he really went out of his way to help) and a very nice lady at Quaker Boy I think my search is over. thanks to all that replied.
