I just wanted to bring it to the attention of all the Roaring 20's team that while we are currently in 3rd place in total points we are in first in a more important category. The teams ahead of us have 6 birds already killed while we only have 5. Our 311.4725 points mean we are averaging over 62 points per bird killed and if our 6th bird just scores out at 50 points we are back in first place. We are in a great position to challenge for the title if we can get our 9 limit this year. I know our northern/western members time is coming and those guys typically get some great birds. Bottom line, we are in the mix and just need to keep staying out there as much as possible and staying as positive as possible in our current environment. Stay safe and hunt often.

I agree 100%, I have been watching the scoreboard and am encouraged by where we are now. We do have some opportunity to score on more birds and already have some great birds on the board. 17 more days and I can start my quest to better our score. We will be there at the end, I have a good feeling about taking down the" 3 Peaters"  :funnyturkey:

I'm finally gonna have a few days off later this week and next to try new territory so hopefully I can get an upgrade bird.

Let em roll guys .. I've got my eye on an upgrade ,he doesn't know it yet but his days are numbered . ????.  His beard is like a paint brush and the way he acts his spurs will match .. fingers crossed .. our gobbling has about played out it seems unless it's just a lull, been quiet last several days ..

Get him! I'm hunting Bama more the next few weeks. Change is scenery at least.

Quarantine is lifted if we shoot them beyond 6 feet per the social distancing guidelines.

Our average bird is still better than the overall leader. So we need 4 more out of 7 to keep that average up. No worries. Make them 20's bark. Go get um

As much as I've been enjoying watching the show from the sidelines I am excited to get in the game next week and up our average (I hope)!

Actually, we broke the 500 point barrier with only 8 birds. IF we can score one more solid bird and get an upgrade or 2 we have a solid shot at this thing. We are still averaging over 63 points per top scored turkey at this point, just need that 9th bird. The better question is who is still chasing them at this point? Get a couple of members we haven't heard from since early March, don't know what to make of that, are they still hunting or what?
