Size of paper , he is using a much larger sheet of paper. To see much of his entire pattern.
The target you got is fine , put it on a larger piece behind it. Big sheet of cardboard or buy rolls of paper from a hardware store , like for covering floors when painting works good.

Evan tape it to a length of freezer wrap.

I see, yes I always use a big piece of poster paper so I can see the true pattern.

Best back paper is a poster board from wal mart. Put turkey target on this an fire away
