I can't wait to kill a long beard with this one. It is a lefever nitro special in 90% condition. I hope I look this good at 91 years old. With Rio #6 game loads the full choke barrel is throwing a great pattern at 40 yards. The modified is throwing a great pattern at 25 yards.I like them in my lap before I shoot so this gives me the best of both worlds and does it with plain Jane shells.

Okay thank you, I could read "Turkey Call" at the end but could not make out the first word.
I will have to weigh it but it is very light. Points great. The call is a NWTF Gibson call. I got Mr Will to sign it at the national convention in Nashville. I used it with my old model 12 to kill a gobbler on opening day.

Very nice. I remember watching the video about the original call and how Will Primos got it, really neat.
I loved the show. When I took the call to Mr. Will to get it signed he was tickled to death. He expected lots of people to bring them to him to get them signed but he said so far that was the only one. I am sure some others have got them signed since then. He asked me what I was going to do with it. I told him I was going to kill at least one bird with it before it went into my collection. I also told him I was going got use my late best friends model 12. He asked me to send him a pic when it happened so the pic you see here is the pic he got as well. I carried it with the Lefever a couple of times without any luck. I have never been as excited over carrying a new turkey gun as I am over the Lefever. Can't wait till spring.
That's real cool that there is so much history to the call, the gun, the friendship that brought you the gun and being able to get Mr. Primos to not only sign it for you but to get excited over the upcoming hunt with it. He is one I would really like to meet, his truth series is what got me into turkey hunting in the first place.
I have met Mr Will and talked to him several times. One of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He loves cool old guns too. He even hunts with a Purdey double.

I remember on one of The Truth videos he was hunting with an original Hawken rifle and was quoting Jeremiah Johnson a lot. I would love to hold and shoot one of those old originals as well as a Shenandoah Rifle.
Awesome, good luck! I might carry my double .410 with TSS this coming season. Twas my first gun 34 years ago , so why not , my average is 18 yards anyway!
