I don't know if it's still available but hunt stand had one when they first came onto the market. It's called turkey hunt. It's has a scoring section. I have it on my iPod.

I havn't used it in years but the NWTF App had a scoring calculator with it.

thanks i actually had this app on my phone.  i put it in and got my score.
