Title: Federal TSS #9s, what the difference in the 1.5 and the 1 5/8 load?

On the new Federal TSS 9s, what is the difference performance wise in the 1.5 versus the 1 5/8 loads?

Roughly An extra 45 pellets in the load.

Are they selling a 1 5/8oz. straight 9 load? It looks like the 9's are 1 ½ oz. and the 7&9 blend is 1 5/8oz. The only reason for the blend is to be legal in states that have a minimum pellet size. The increased payload is to keep pellet count up. Both loads are 1100 fps. Plenty fast for TSS. Go with the straight 9's if legal.
