What binoculars do most use turkey hunting. Looking t get a good pair.

I would have a hard time justifying $1000 to $3000 or more for bird hunting - but if you spend a lot of time glassing for big game and are going to drop 10K on a trophy hunt the $ will be well spent...
I've got some Bruntons 8 x 42s I got for a gift that have been great and are compact and light, a set of Bushnell 10X50s I got for a song that have held up well and some Nikon 10x50s that have been great...
I like the larger fov of the 10X50s...
I have a pair of Leupold cascades, 10x42 and love them. Quality glass around $300-$350.
Swarovski 10x42's for me. I had a $400 pair they lasted 4-5 years they claimed to have a lifetime warranty till I tried to use it and they wouldn't stand behind their product so I figured if I had to do that ever 4 or 5 years I would have owned a pair of Swarovski's so I sprung for them this winter and after using them in SD and around home this year it the best move I made, I say if you can swing them get them you will not be disappointed!!
I have a pair of Ziess 8x30 power and a pocket Ziess monocular. That little monocular has saved me more times than I can count when I forgot my other bino's and left them laying on the seat of the truck.
Vortex Diamondback 10x42 will get the job done for turkey hunting and short range still hunting for deer (as we do from stands in the south). I bought some on close-out for a model change (cosmetics) and I am pleased with the quality. I've let a number of people look through them and they were also impressed with the clarity for the price. I think I paid about $150-60.
Those Leupy Cascades Wind River whatever are pretty well regarded. The Nikon Monarchs are in the mix. I would also not be reluctant to buy Minox.
Bushnell bought Bausch & Lomb's optics division (or something like that) and has taken affirmative steps to upgrade its optics in recent years. I'd be more receptive to Bushnell now than ever.
I don't know if cameralandny.com is discussed and is common knowledge here, but it often has good deals on demo optics. A guy there named Doug is known for good advice on optics as well.

Leupold Yosemites 6x30. I think they are a mind blowing $79, great glass, super clear, fog proof, water proof, Leupold warranty. I was skeptical as all getout when I ordered a pair after a recommendation from some people. They are fantastic glass.
Bushnell's 8x25s are light and great for walking around. This year I'm trying a pair of Brunton 8x42s that are a little heavier, but have an impressive field of view.
I decided to bite the bullet about 8 or so years ago on a "good" pair of Binos and decided I would spend around $800-$900.....my thinking was "I'd spend it on a shotgun". So I did the research and really wanted the Swarovski 10X50 but they were almost double my budget. I looked and looked and ended up getting a pair of the Steiner Predators (original models) in 10X50. I haven't regretted it yet.
Are they as good as the Swarovskis? No way.....but they are damn good and I have used the hell out of them. Waterfowl hunting, deer hunting, turkey hunting, sight seeing and about every other thing you can do with binos. My advice to you as a fellow outdoorsman is spend as much as you can afford.....you will be rewarded with excellent performance you can count on in all weather conditions for many years to come.....right now I'm at about a $100 per year investment and counting. Well worth it IMO.
