i dont knwo your scenerio on your hunting season, how late it is, or your terrain. but i'd hit up some ridges and hollers. in mid day is when i have majority of my luck. like working my way thru the woods calling down hollers, trying to find a lonesome gobbler that just left hens. i typically set up on ridge top where i have found a lot of scratchings. someone else may have another way of setting up on mid day brids, but thats always worked for me. not every time but majority of the times. move around, and call from ridge top to ridge top down hollers, might strike up a lonely bird

seems here a good series of cuts and clucks followed by a few yelps from a box call arround 12:00 or 1:00 usually will get you a gobble  . by then the hens have wandered off to their nest and the tom is lonely so you might bag him
