I have never heard of a can call and tried to look them up but only came up with "Paul Simon - You Can Call Me Al" as a response on Google. What are they?

I think , if its what im thinking, there was a guy on here that made a can call but at that time he wasnt felling good ...

I guess I should have been more specific on calling it a "deer can call" and that I would like the name of the company and contact info. I appreciate all the help.
