Title: Strut Zone Game Calls

I got this awesome pair of glass/glass and glass/slate calls and strikers today from Paul Hicks, Jr, Strut Zone Game Calls. I have several glass calls from the big name makers and let me tell you these rate right at the top with them. Paul goes by Daddy Rat on this forum. The call on the left is Osage and the call on the right is Walnut. Awesome pair of calls.

Very nice looking pots what kind of wood is the black looking striker? Thanks for sharing.

Nice looking calls Rickey can't wait to get the three I just ordered from him a couple weeks ago! I like the look of that walnut I ordered an Osage glass slate like yours.

I am not sure on the strikers. Appear to be Dymondwood or Dymalux. Perfect balance and sound with both of them. I wii do a sound clip tomorrow.

In the mail today was one of Paul's persimmon slate over glass calls with ipe and black locust strikers.  I have 5 of Paul's calls and this may be the best one yet.  Real good roll over yelps.

Pretty sure they are dymalux. They are very close to the dymondwoods i have though!

Strikers are Webbwood PH ... pretty much as close as you can get to Rutland these days
