Fresh off the lathe is this DK Custom Lignum Vitea Trumpet Turkey Call, with a .410 brass ferrule and a Buffalo Horn mouth piece and bead. Hopefully, it will entice a nice big fall gobbler to the gun...

Doug.
Mr Doug made me one 3 years or so ago , when i first got the bug to be a trumpet player. I can say it is of great quality and I play it Wall its sean use in the field and is easy on the eyes. For a well made and affordable hunting or beginner trumpet you Can't go wrong.

Thank you for the kind words.... and I'm glad you are enjoying your call.
Very nice looking trumpet and I like that ferrule. You mentioned nice big fall gobblers and it got me thinking. Back when I lived where I could hunt fall birds I always hoped for a big cicada year. The birds get fat in the fall on the years the cicadas emerge.
Thanks for sharing your horns recently. You've been making them longer than most people here know.
