I was lucky enough to tag out here in Western New York.... Both of the birds were taken using my own Doug Korn Turkey Trumpets and a Scott Witter Short box call.

Congrats. Those are two awesome birds especially from NY. Best regards.
Congrats on a great season.
Congrats!! You don't see many double beards in NY, or at least not in my area.

It's the first one I've ever seen and I was thrilled to have gotten him....
I've looked at and killed a bunch of turkeys in my 40 years of hunting them and this was a first...
I believe it. I've only ever heard of one killed in my area and it was a Jake about 10 years ago...

There you go, That double looks like a big bird. Got my first multiple beard this year too after 30 years of chasing thunder chickens, CONGRATS!
Congrats on two fine birds. Very nice double beard.
Really nice gobblers! Congrats!!
Congratulations from a fellow New Yorker. Neat double beard.
Doug...Nice birds and equally nice photos! You can just tell from the way you are dressed that it was a wonderfully cool, crisp morning, perfect for turkey hunting. With area temps now in the lower 90s in Southern Illinois, I'm already looking forward to the cooler fall nights and then on to spring 2019 and another turkey season.

Exactly right cool and crisp mornings .... For the photos I took off my outer jacket and turkey hunting vest... The weather was great this year. Not much rain, with partly sunny skies for the first week.
Congrats, nice birds!
Congrats!
Congrats on those nice birds! I hunt Western Ny myself and have taken a couple now with double beards. Last years bird had a 10 1/2 and an 8 1/4. My son took one about 8 years ago in the youth season too.

Wow, very nice, bird.... glad to have a few around WNY.... Like I said it was the first one I've ever seen.
Knowing there are some genes in the area I look forward to shooting a couple more.
Congrats, NY is my favorite state to turkey hunt.
Double beards are always a cool surprise
