I have always just wiped the chalk off and put them in a sock and put in a filing cabinet. I watched one of Albert Paul videos and he said to wipe the chalk off and open the lid and put it on a shelf and let it breathe

I agree, wipe the chalk off and attempt to keep them in a stable environment. No moisture and cool! Then usually will sell any I did not care for and start over for next year with a better batch hopefully.

I bought a tatical case with cuttable foam to put them in. Just didn't like how they sat in it. May adopt the socks and put them on a book case.
I store all my calls in a ammo bulk can with a couple silicon gel packs thrown in. I also make sure there's no chalk and they are all cleaned and conditioned for the next year.

What is the office season??? I wipe mine clean and put them in a safe w a dehumidifier.
