My daughter shots a sa20 and today I found two boxes of heavy metal 3 inch one ounce 4. What choke is best for this heavy shot.

I would leave those 2 boxes of hevi metal 4's alone, they are really nothing but steel duck loads. I have tried them before.
I think I have 3 of the shells out of a box still, couldn't get them to pattern in my 835, and that's saying something. But every gun is differnet. Not a lot of pellets in that load...
