Title: Lynch Vintage Package Reduced to $100 SOLD
Post by: idgobble on March 04, 2018, 08:48:00 PM
This Lynch package has a 45rpm instruction record and the instruction pamphlet with prices on the back that came with the calls in the '70s and a 101 Foolproof and a World Champion 2 side box--Liberty address. Everything was bought around 1973. Both calls have the silver screws that Lynch used up until 1978 or '79 (I can't remember which year) when they changed to the black screws because a customer complained that a gobbler would too easily see the silver screws.  Both calls sound better now than when new because they're aged.  The WC has a blood smudge you can see on the top. I suppose it might be sanded off but I never tried.  It's blood from a black bear I got one afternoon after a morning turkey hunt in north Idaho and the call fell out of my jacket pocket while I was field dressing the bear.  The instruction record and booklet have collectors value. I've seen them sold on ebay.  $100 TYD-- Pretty good deal since a new 101 is $39.95 and a WC is $44.95.
As of 3/7 I have a sale pending---SOLD
