Been loving the pictures you've been uploading Eric! Couldn't make it to Florida this year, but making ot to Alabama on their opener. Seeing the pics of these Osceola's you've been posting has got the itch for season going about as bad as ever!
If I had to pick one, that third bird would taking a dirt nap first, by head color he looks like the dominant bird, and it would get those other boys fired up ready to play some more.
I'll take miney. Really enjoying your photography.
I agree Miney or even Moe....Eric its about like trying to choose a Buice. You can't go wrong either way... Great pic :you_rock:
Third from the left caught my eye first, so he would be the winner.
great picture
Any one of them, but if I had my choice it would be the last bird. Great beard and it looks like you can see one of his spurs and it's not shabby

#3 would be the "winner" for me, I always go with dominant bird first.
MK M GOBL
I forgot to pick,
I'll go with #1, with a little bit of that spray can stuff they sold on TV for bald headed people, you could turn #1 into a true mossy head trophy
Miney. :fud: :OGani:
Nice pic too!!!
either one would be fine. but, bird #3 has the biggest bewbs and that's what I want.
Throw em all in a sack and dump em out......... Whichever one rolls outta the sack first would be A-OK with me.
Great picture !!!
Finding a place to hunt the Osceola bird is nearing the top of my to-do list.
Miney or Mo... Try and shoot the strutter or dominant bird in those scenarios

I was looking at the same one for the same reasons.
#4 first choice
#3 Second choice
The other 2 get a pass till later in the season.
Thanks for the compliments guys. I have to agree either 3 or 4. 3 was definitely the dominant bird as he strutted more than the others. I found 5 other strutters as well. No pics of them though.

I can't see any spurs but 3rd from left would get shot on head color alone! I'm not one to be real picky though.
3rd bird for the reasons previously stated. It will make one of the other 3 easier as season progresses.
Contestant #4 come on down... The Price Is Right!
Bachelor #3, but if he don't wanna take a ride over the shoulder I'd take bachelor #4 as well.
Awfully cool photo...
#3 or #4, #1 being the last choice... At some point, I would guess you would be looking for the one that separates from the group enough to take a clean shot on... If #2 stepped out, I would admit, I probably would not wait...
Supper picture, The first one in range,or the one that is gobbleing the most. Thay all flop the same.
