Yingling's are great and I also have a great one from Chris Brumfiel. I just got a prairie game calls second hand that sounds pretty good to. I am a big fan of copper I think it does some of the best soft talk and you can get a nice loud yelp to.
Mike Yingling hands down. Great guy as well.
I got one from Joe slayton that's sounds awesome.

The echo from being inside doesn't do your call justice Chris!! I can hear the good in your yelps but the clucks sound twangy inside. Not trying to insult you in anyway Your copper will definitely be with me on opening day it's an awesome call.
Those look really nice & I am sure they sound excellent. I have had very good luck w/ a Gresser in cocobolo. Mike
The padauk above
I think it is common on sound files I have heard a few that I didn't like the sound of but I know they are good calls. Sometimes the audio just doesn't do them justice
Does Mike have a website? How could you look at his calls?

I have two Yingling calls, an all weather aluminum and a copper pot in flamed ash with a soft talk copper disk on the back, without a doubt two of the best sounding calls I own.
Got a copper in flamed ash this week from Mike. It is easy to run and sounds fantastic. Mike was great to deal with as well.
Mike yingling, I have one and it's an awesome call.

I picked up one of these too. I didn't know it was going to have the little cutout to run the slate on the back. The slate sounds really good. It makes really good soft calls and excellent purrs.

If I'm not mistaken, I think Mike's middle name is Copper Pot.
Mike Copper Pot Yingling as they say.

Not that it hasn't been covered here already but Mike Yingling does make a fine copper pot. I got one from him a few years ago and it's a great sounding call.
