Title: Turkey Jerky Recipe
Post by: chadly on December 30, 2017, 10:56:09 PM
I made some jerky last year that was amazing.  However I did not keep the recipe.  I've been searching the web and this site for the recipe.  The only thing I can remember is it had brown sugar.  I'm wanting to turn a few breast into jerking in the next few weeks.  Kicking myself for not saving the recipe.  How do you make it?

Do you mind sharing.  I've been at a loss getting good flavor out of turkey jerky.

This is one of my favorites.  But I've also found that when time is short it's hard to beat the flavors made by Nesco.

Thanks for the help.  With the temps so cold I'm really starting to think about cooking.
