I have some separation if the soundboards on one of my favorite old box calls. I will include a pic. Any advice on fixing? The separation is the gap on the top left part of photo. This is my go to call, don't want to give up on it.

C-Clamp and a little wood glue should do it, I've done it before.

Agreed with above post. I would use the Tightbond II waterproof wood glue from your local Ace or whatever. Make sure it gets in that groove all the way. Clamp it and wipe off the excess. Too much glue is better than not enough. Let dry inside where it's cool and humidity is low. At least 24 hours clamped. (before you start really cranking on the call again). May not sound EXACTLY the same ever again but it might. Wood is funny sometimes. Just my opinion.
Thanks, confirms what I was thinking.
Either titebod 3 (waterproof) and force the glue into the crack, popsicle stick to push it into the crack. Or a CA glue/ crazy glue, a loose liquid that will work its way into the crack. Wipe off all excess from either that you chose and keep clamped for 24 hrs.
Eric
I use a syringe that comes with children's cough syrup etc to get glue into tight spots. I would go with TB 3 as others recommended over CA (superglue). You may need the extra open time to get it clamped right. When I use CA, I usually end up with a mess and my thumb glued to my forehead glued to whatever I was working on.
