With all the talk on here this year of people not being able to get a hold of call makers and taking forever to return phone calls or returning repairs I wanted to share some praise for a real stand up call maker, Brad Roberts.
I purchased a Poplar Bronzed Glass over Aluminum call off of Brad last year in June. I was anxiously waiting to use it this year during the spring season. Well I went to the man cave to play it and was absolutely blown away when I pulled it from its pouch to see that the glass was cracked in half. I had just played it the night before and it was carefully put back in it's pouch and put away. To say I was bummed out would be an understatement. So I emailed Brad and told him what had happened and asked if he could repair the call and said I understood that this was a very busy time and did not expect it to be a priority. He emailed me back in a matter of minutes. He told me to mail him the call and he would repair it, that he stood behind his calls and it would be no problem. Well I got home today to find a box from B&C Custom Calls in my mailbox. In a week and a half my call was back to me repaired at no charge during the busiest time of the year. It means a lot to me to deal with someone that builds as good a call as Brad does and stands behind his product the way he does. He is truly a stand up person and a fine call maker. I know he has at least one lifelong customer and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a high quality custom call.
That's top notch customer service right there. That being said I can't wait for my poplar glass over aluminum to get here tomorrow.

I 2nd what has been said...he repaired a zebrawood bronze glass that I had with very quick turn around...in fact he sent a brand new one...and it sounds awesome...that being said...i just got his poplar bronze glass aluminum in a trade on here..just when I thought it couldn't get any better than the zebrawood...this poplar is also awesome...dont know which to hunt first!!

Brad is a really good friend of mine and one of the best people on this Earth. I have owned over 20 pots from Brad and everyone has been great. He hasn't won a bunch of awards but in the turkey woods his pots are true turkey killers. I highly recommend that if you don't have any pots from Brad to do yourself a favor and order one!!!
What are favorites out of the 20? I will say he responds to emails very quickly and seems very nice,
