Just wondering what every ones  favorite soft talking call is or the one you find the easiest to soft talk with.

Right now I love Jimmy Schaffers soft talker cedar slate. It is shaped like a tear drop! Awesome sound.

I really like any of my slate surfaced calls for this. I will run every pot call that I have and make sure I can tone it down to where you barely hear it and then crank on it. If a pot call cant call as well soft as loud then it does not go in my vest.

I just made a Sycamore striker for a Hot Hen that works great for soft calling.
Butternut also is a good soft talker striker.

Try one of Cross Roads Game calls cluck and Purr pots. Its a slate with no sound board, butternut wood pot. You can get down and low and she can still crank up a little if need be

I'm a fan of Sadler's cluck/purr pot.
