Wondering if anyone that has the RW Gobbler could answer a question.  Is that call easy to transport through the woods quietly?  I mean other shaker calls have a cap and the RW doesn't seem to come with one.  I want to try one but don't want it inadvertently making unwanted noise.
Thanks for any info.

Did this many, many years ago... Take the call to a Sport Shop and find a "Scope Cap Cover" I used a flip open type that fit to the barrel end of the call and glued it on. The seal keeps it quiet until your ready to use.

I carry one in my vest and never had a problem with it making unwanted noise. I just carry it in one of the pockets I don't have a cover on it or anything. its pretty rigid and you have to shake it pretty good to work it so a little bump here and there while carrying doesn't make much if any noise at all in my experience.

I used to carry one in a toilet paper cardboard roll to cover the rubber part.  It helps keep it protected and quiet in a vest pocket.

				Great ideas.
Thanks for the responses.
