Title: Truglo SSX
Post by: Zombie1978 on March 05, 2017, 07:38:51 AM
Just order 2 of these chokes and then seen all the bad things happening with them. I would like to hear some of the good stories and see some results of using them.

Great chokes!

I have run them in both my 835, Mossberg 20 ga turkey thug, and I have never had a problem.
Excellent chokes that throw nasty patterns!

They generally shoot good, I've sent 2 back for warranty(threads were tight screwing in) they sent me brand new ones to replace them. Think they use cheaper steel or something? After several shots they bulged.

The 2 I had threw some really good patterns, but the only problem I had is you could only shoot about once or twice and barely be able to screw the choke back out because they both expanded. I'm sure they are made cheaper and after that I don't care how well they pattern I won't use them again.
